Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, and orders placed on the weekends are dispatched on Monday.

What are the delivery costs and how long will it take?
We deliver anywhere in Australia for $9.99 and to any other country for $19.99. Australian orders are generally delivered in 1-2 business days and international orders are generally delivered in 5-20 business days. Cherry Dolls are the only exception, and they take approximately 14 days for delivery. If you spend over $200, we'll deliver your order for free. As soon as we see your order we work very hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. We've made these handy little charts so you can easily see our delivery times and prices:

Do we deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes. We are always happy to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address. We understand people may choose to do this for a variety of reasons, including privacy. Just enter your PO Box or Parcel Locker address during checkout and we'll take care of the rest.
Tracked delivery to your location
For maximum peace of mind, all Australian orders are sent with tracking to your delivery location. You can easily track your order by logging into your account and clicking the tracking link, or by typing the tracking information into their website directly. We'll also email you the tracking number and confirmation that your order has been despatched. You can also leave a note during checkout so the postman or woman can leave your order in a safe place if you're not in to collect it.
Where will my order be sent from?
Every order placed online at Cherry Banana is sent from our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

For Australian customers, so you know when to expect delivery, we will send you a confirmation of despatch and provide a tracking number and link to track it directly from their website. You will receive an email the afternoon that your order is despatched on.
These emails are automatically generated by a computer and are not seen by anyone other than the recipient.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you're not home when your order arrives, your postman or woman will leave a card telling you where to pick up your discreetly packaged order from, or instructions on how to schedule a redelivery.
If you don't think you'll be home when your order is going to arrive, you can leave a note during checkout so the postman or woman can leave your order in a safe place. We recommend choosing a place that is free from view from neighbours or passers-by.
What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect?
If your delivery is more than 4 business days overdue, please contact us. Please provide your order number, name and address.

How will my package be sent?
We use Australian Air Express for deliveries in Australia, and Australia Post for international deliveries to other countries. All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging to prevent anyone from guessing what's inside the parcel or who it's from. Your order is for your eyes only. Every product inside the package is securely wrapped and packaged tightly, ensuring they'll be in tip-top condition when they arrive; ready for you to tear your package open in excitement.
What will be written on my package?
We try to put as little information as possible on your package, but just enough to get it where it needs to go. Your delivery name and address will be provided on the front using a plain white label, and our return address will also be provided. Our delivery address will be displayed as Summit Corporation Pty Ltd, including our Wollongong PO Box. Summit Corporation is our parent company which owns multiple websites in multiple industries. At no time will there be any reference to Cherry Banana or any reference to the type of products you've bought. Nice and discreet, just the way we like it.
What will my package look like?
Your package will look like any other ordinary package you would receive in the mail. There is absolutely no way of telling what's in your package or the type of business we are in.
Small to medium sized orders are despatched using Star Track postal satchels and our discreet delivery labels.
Larger sized orders are despatched in plain, discreet boxes and our discreet delivery labels. We use heavy-duty tape to seal the box.
We use a discreet labelling system to ensure your order stays as private as possible.
