The world is a varied place and there are an infinite number of different penises. Some are small, some are large and they pretty much run the gamut of every size in between. For those who have penises on the small side, society can be pretty hard. Psychologically, we are pretty tough on these folks. At the same time, some people do legitimately prefer to have sex with large penises. So, you might find yourself with a small penis in a great relationship with a person who loves big dick. How do they feel?
Really, this is the most important consideration. It would be a very difficult situation to expect people to stick a sleeve or extension on their penis if it didn’t actually feel comfortable.
