You Are What You Eat? Porn Star Breakfasts!

Here’s a newsflash for anyone out there who still thinks shooting porn is nothing but glitz and glamour, fun and fucking. It isn’t just show up horny (because we all are, all the time, right?) and get down and dirty for raunchy good times. There is a lot to consider beforehand and one of those things is how you take care of yourself with a good diet.

Four food groups of fun

There is a lot to consider when your job requires physical performance, a focus on attractive bodies and such intimate contact with another person. What you eat for breakfast can have a significant effect on how you handle all three of these factors for the entirety of your day. As you read in the story about porn stars and their breakfast and food choices, they consider many different factors in determining what works best for them and their co-stars. The show must go on and it is important to eat right and feel good to do a good job at work.

Take a minute to consider whether your own diet could be affecting your sex life, from breakfast right through to lunch, dinner and potential snacks in the evening. Are you eating healthy foods, in smaller portions and spacing them out? That would be a great way to go to maximize the potential for great sex. Let’s remember, the majority of people work a 9 to 5 existence, come home and eventually eat dinner, tend to children and do chores and then eventually fall into bed later on. And we’ve certainly been given the idea that the day ends with hot sex in bed.

Timing sex and meals

Well, if sex is going to be the last thing you do in the day, that means you’re hoping for great results sometime after having had what is commonly your most heavy meal of the day at supper. If timing is right, you can have that feast and then move your body around to help digest it before thinking about heading into the bedroom for sexytimes...but that is not always going to be the case. The much more likely scenario is that you’re going to want to relax after a hard day and instead of moving that digestion along, you’re going to chill and then eventually go to bed still feeling bloated and unsexy.

At the same time, you don’t want to skimp on dinner. If your meal is too light, chances are your body will start to feel hungry again before you get between the sheets. And just as the porn stars don’t want to start their day without breakfast for fear of becoming hangry, you too should ensure that you’re not ending the day in that state. Having a rumbling tummy is only going to distract you from desire and make it difficult to get turned on and, possibly, even make it difficult to achieve orgasm.

Diet and sex are definitely intertwined, much more so than most of us consider. Getting on an eating routine, focusing on healthy foods and balancing when and what you eat throughout the day can have a significant effect on your sex life. Bon appetit!
