Well, the version of this story is usually a woman wanting a man to last longer and a guy getting upset that he can’t. Sure, this isn’t always the case, but for instances where this is the situation, here are some tips and tricks for getting your man to last longer in the sack.

1. Fitness

One of the best ways for a man to improve his performance in the sack is for him to take it upon himself to get into better physical shape. There is a direct correlation between better body health and better sexual performance. One of the best places to start is working your core. Don’t forget the rest of the body, but the core is a fundamental part of the body that needs sustained attention and working out. Sit-ups, crunches, planks and twists can build all of the muscles you need to greatly increase your sexual stamina.

2. Eat better

In conjunction with fitness, having a better diet will definitely increase your ability to be a better lover. Many folks fall into habit of fast food, coffee, soft drinks and lollies and none of these will give your body the nutrients it needs to perform at a great pace, whether you’re talking about playing sports, dancing or having sex. You’d be surprised at just how far a simple, balanced diet that combines good lean protein and veggies will take you. Oh, wait, it’ll take you to the heights—and lengths—of ecstasy!

3. Change up foreplay routine

Hopefully we’re all plenty aware by now that foreplay is an integral part of sexual satisfaction for everyone involved. Just because you might be ready to go doesn’t mean your partner is.
