Magic Number Of Prostate Health

Now, if only we could find more ways to turn sex into the magical genie that fixes all of our health woes.

So, it turns out that ejaculating is a really important factor when it comes to maintaining prostate health. Frankly, any news on how to improve men’s prostate health is great because it has become recognized as a risk for many men. In fact, it is the third most common cancer in American men.

Prostate health is serious

These are serious times. Fortunately, the recognition of prostate cancer as being such a high factor in men’s health issues has lead to more study. Hence, this idea that ejaculating 21 times a month can help to prevent the onset of prostate cancer. While the science behind this potential is still unclear, as are many things related to the function of the prostate, the belief is that ejaculation helps to clear out toxins that make collect in the prostate when it is not regularly emptied.

Of course, there is a great potential here for fellas to turn to their partners and be all “see, look, we should be doing more, wink, nudge.” Guys, that is definitely not the point of this information. Ensuring you get yourself the requisite 21 cum dumps per month is 100% your own responsibility. Use hands, use toys, whatever. If someone else wants to get in there and help you out somehow, great. But don’t be pressuring anybody, please.

Changing attitudes on masturbation

This raises an interesting point though. There is still an odd social stigma that surrounds masturbation, particularly when it comes to people pleasuring themselves while in relationships. There has been a concerted effort to ensure a better understanding that almost everybody masturbates, usually starting at young ages. It is a great way to discover our sexual selves. So, why, do we somehow think people are suddenly going to stop touching themselves forever when they become involved in a relationship?

You’d be surprised how many people will feel threatened or grossed out when faced with the reality that their partner masturbates. Feelings have been expressed that range from “am I not good enough for them” to “why are they wasting their time when they could be having sex with me?”

Being realistic

Now, if the idea that men are supposed to ejaculate 21 per month is going to be attempted, then we have to face facts about relationships. Regardless your age, sexual orientation, or general interest in sex, there are very few couples that can claim to have some form of sex together 21 times per month. We’ve got lives. We’ve gotta get groceries and go to work and deal with kids and just do things other than fuck! If you are a power couple and can claim this, good on ya. But for the rest of us, it is pretty damn unlikely.

So, we’re back to masturbation for health. Masturbation for life. Whether you’re a five knuckle shuffle type or like to dig into your pleasure chest, encourage the men in your lives to take a firm grip on their prostate health.
