Definition - What does Up The Duff mean?
Up the duff is, simply, another term for being pregnant. It is most often used in relation to the male ‘getting’ a woman up the duff.

One of the more unusual sex-related euphemisms, it comes from an alternate pronunciation of the word ‘dough’, with dough itself being an alternate for pudding. Another euphemism for pregnancy is “in the pudding club” so pudding = dough = duff. Knocked up is also simply effective.
